Hi, I’m Abby, owner of Golden Valley Dog Grooming!
Born and raised in West Michigan, my love for dogs has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Working with animals has always been my dream, and I’m grateful to spend each day caring for the pets that mean so much to their families.
I graduated from the Paragon School of Pet Grooming in 2018, where I completed the Professional Pet Stylist Program. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my knowledge and skills while providing high-quality, compassionate grooming for dogs of all breeds and coat types.
At Golden Valley Dog Grooming, I offer one-on-one grooming in a quiet, home-based salon. By working with just one dog at a time, I can provide a calm, low-stress experience where every pet receives my full attention. I take the time to get to know each dog’s personality and tailor every appointment to what helps them feel safe, comfortable, and confident.
I take tremendous pride in my work and believe every dog deserves to look and feel their very best. Whether your pet needs a breed-specific trim, a practical maintenance haircut, or a fluffy, stylized finish, my goal is to create a groom that suits both your dog’s lifestyle and your vision.

Understanding your dog’s coat is one of the most important parts of professional dog grooming. Every breed and coat type has unique grooming needs, and I’m passionate about helping pet owners keep their dogs looking and feeling their best long after their appointment. During your visit, I’ll evaluate your dog’s coat condition and provide a personalized coat care plan that includes recommended brushing techniques, grooming frequency, and product suggestions tailored to your dog’s individual needs.
